Mindset

🧠 The Winner’s Business Code 1. Losers quit. Winners solve. Most people think roadblocks mean it’s over. Winners know that’s just where the game starts. Solving problems is the business. 2. Ideas are cheap. Action is priceless. Everyone has ideas. Very few execute. Execution is the only thing that counts. 3. Start lean. Scale smart. Starting a business doesn’t require $50K and a fancy logo. It requires focus, speed, and cash flow. MONEY IN > everything else. 4. Move FAST. What others drag out in 2 weeks, do in 3 days. Speed kills doubt, builds momentum, and crushes the competition. 5. Always have a backup plan (or 3). If one solution fails, pivot to the next. Don’t rely on one channel, one product, or one idea. Redundancy = survival. 6. You are your biggest asset. Eat clean, lift heavy, sleep deep, minimize booze. No sharp mind lives in a weak body.

Sales

🧠 What Am I Selling? How Will I Sell It? Strengths: Software (primary focus) Marketing (must know inside-out too) ✅ Sales Principles Make bold promises. Overdeliver. Focus on mutually beneficial deals. Qualify leads — Interest ≠ Fit. Target the starving crowd — People who already want the product. Don't always need to convince. Just present. 📈 Lead Generation Critical to success. Use autoresponders to automate follow-ups and build trust. Niche down. Reach your audience with targeted: Ads DMs Emails LinkedIn X (Twitter) Facebook 🧲 Audience Awareness If they’re not already thinking about the problem, it’s a hard sell. Seek situations that force you to step up and speak. 🧩 Market Fit Checklist Do customers have a real, felt problem? Is my message niche and clear? Can I actually reach my audience? 🔁 Follow-Up Strategy Follow up smart. Don’t spam. Vary the message. If they liked your last work, let them know about new offers. Subject Line - Goal is to make them read the email Very simple, say what it's about, just a couple worlds Do not be overt Do not use tolkein sized messages. keep the emails or dm short. MIFFM - What's in it for me - Talk about their situation and their needs instead of your own. Do not have ANY grammar or spelling eroors. ruun it through word and gpt. Do not insult the potential lead. dont talk bad about their stuff. Ask them if they want their site or process to hav a slightly different look. or if they need improvements. Don't sound like a bot. have a human flow and cadence. read it out loud and think "would I say this to someone". Don't waffle and just say words that Do not lecture! Dont act like too much of a fanboy. Do not go overboard on waht you will delive - "BEing the number one market in the Universe!!!" Bring SOLUTIONS NOT problems A meeting with no context is a problem for them. See by email if the services make sense and if they say yes, then make a CALL.
